The State is at my office right now. What do I do?
Relax. Don't panic. The state reserves the right to inspect any registrant at any time. They may have stopped by to do a follow-up on me. They are required to follow up on at least 10% of private inspections. They have to ensure that you got a thorough inspection (which you did!). They may have stopped in just randomly. Either way, be kind and cooperative. No one likes a surprise inspection, but they have a job to do, and the more cooperative you and your staff can be, the better the experience will be for all parties.
1) Pull my green X-ray folder. That will have your last inspection and your registrations
2) Pull all of your RDA licenses (they will need that to complete an operator's certificate)
